I shot my first house with the lights off.
This home I recently photographed in Mount Vernon, WA had lightbulbs of different colors, so the agent and I decided lights off would be best.
And you know what? I LOVE the clean feel of it! And most importantly my client AND their client were thrilled. The house sold for over asking, which was fantastic with how the market is slowing down a bit.
